In two days i have a visit to the dentist (or maybe its with an oral surgeon?) so they can take a look at my wisdom teeth… more like they’ll just be telling me how much it is going to hurt when they saw them out! I have been needing to get my wisdom teeth pulled out for quite awhile now.. In fact they suggested i get them pulled over winter break.. And i considered it, i really did, but the thought of spending my winter break in agonizing pain meanwhile drooling all over myself quickly made me want to wait. So i did wait, and then i forgot all about it for several months.. now i have 2 wisdom teeth poking out and one that is still hiding under my gums. I’ve heard getting wisdom teeth pulled is not that bad from some and then from others ive heard its quite painful. I dont know who i believe but im hoping its not painful! When i think of getting these dreadful teeth taken out all i can think of is my brother after his were yanked out. I saw him after it happened while his whole jaw and mouth were numb trying to get a drink of Dr. Pepper.. Lets just say he got more of that drink on his shirt than he did down his throat.. he was laughing but i still doubt i will enjoy drooling over myself for the rest of the day after the dental surgery. Then there’s always the chance ill get the heavily feared “chipmonk cheeks” (or thats what i think its called) where your cheeks swell up like balloons, and while i greatly enjoyed laughing at those who had this problem i really dont believe ill be showing my face for quite awhile if i come down with syndrome… so as i sadly walk down this road of despair and think about how horrible its going to be, please wish me luck and promise me that you’ll laugh at me when i complain about how much pain im in…
